Payment Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring we can provide the best experience for all our guests.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and secure your date.
• The full balance (100%) is due 7 days before your scheduled cruise.
• We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers for payment.
Cancellations & Refunds:
• If we are unable to complete your cruise due to weather, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.
• Otherwise, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a rescheduled date.
• Please note that credit card processing fees are non-refundable for any refunds issued.
